How Catalyst Partners are Winning
The experts who bring our solutions to the world are translating innovation into outcomes, reinforcing the power of a modern go-to-market security model
- Innovation matters, but execution creates lasting impact, and in 2025 our Catalyst partners showed success comes from turning innovation into outcomes.
- Measurable value happens where customers operate every day. Through regional insight, trusted relationships and on-the-ground leadership our partners transformed strategy into meaningful progress.
- The Catalyst Partners ecosystem proves collaboration doesn’t just scale global reach—it scales confidence, innovation, and lasting success.
The past few months have produced defining moments for us at Broadcom. With Symantec and Carbon Black operating at full stride—and being named one of America’s Best Cybersecurity Companies along with making CRN's Security 100—our momentum is unmistakable. But recognition doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Recognition is earned on the ground, with customers.
Our Catalyst program was built for what security is now—and the efforts we’re showcasing from last year prove the model is working as intended. By putting go-to-market execution in the hands of trusted regional experts, Catalyst partners bring local knowledge, longstanding customer relationships, and speed that modern security demands. Across regions, partners turned strategy into action in ways that reflected local priorities and expertise.
Unlocking customer success
Arrow: Turning connection into acceleration
Arrow’s Partner Summit delivered impact across multiple fronts—brand amplification, partner enablement, and meaningful, forward-looking conversations. Surpassing high expectations, the Summit proved a connector, linking prior investments with what followed and accelerating execution through Arrow’s partner ecosystem. Their level of detail, including a fully AI-customized Summit soundtrack, made this experience stand out for its liveliness and intentionality. That momentum translated into energy, deeper engagement, and a partner community aligned to move further, together.
Carahsoft: Thought leadership that moves the public sector
Carahsoft strengthened its leadership in the public sector through a dedicated placement in the NextGov/FCW Innovation in Government Report. Featuring thought leadership from six experts—including a cover spotlight from Jason Rolleston, general manager of Broadcom’s Enterprise Security Group—the report highlighted how Symantec and Carbon Black technologies, paired with Carahsoft’s deep public sector expertise, delivered trusted, mission-ready security. Their work highlighted how credible insight and domain understanding builds confidence across government audiences.
Ness: Customer focus that scales trust
Ness’s Overnight Customer Summit Experience was the natural extension of the long-standing, end-user-centric approach that defines Ness. By maintaining lasting relationships with customers and empowering its partners through training, enablement, and early access, Ness built trust well before the event itself. The Summit combined deep technical sessions, customer-led use cases, and informal collaboration—strengthening relationships and encouraging open discussion of real-world challenges. That combination delivered an elevated experience that reinforced Ness's value to customers and long-term partner approach.
MBCOM: Building a global bench of security leaders
Through its Challenger Program, MBCOM continues to build a growing community of Broadcom security champions. More than 100 “Challengers” across 27 countries have taken part in structured training, mentorship opportunities, webinars, and hands-on workshops designed to sharpen technical skills and strengthen customer engagement. MBCOM’s program prepares partners to embody Broadcom’s value proposition in real-world environments, with a community that continues to grow across emerging markets and take the cybersecurity market by storm.
TD SYNNEX North America: Activating the partner ecosystem at scale
TD SYNNEX North America marked a key milestone last year with the launch of its expanded Symantec and Carbon Black partnership at their Inspire event. The event brought together 570 partners across the small-to-medium sized business, enterprise, and public sector segments—and kicked off the Legends Circle Partner Program, engaging top-performing partners with executive sessions and exclusive meetings. The launch strengthened partner readiness across the nation and expanded Broadcom’s security footprint to new heights in North America.
TD SYNNEX Japan: Strengthening trust through open dialogue
In Japan, TD SYNNEX has focused on reshaping market perception through a thought leadership series with ZDNet Japan. With the participation of ESG leaders—including Jason Rolleston, Nate Fitzgerald, Justin Fitzpatrick, and Prateek Temkar—the effort paired strategic perspective with local relevance. The conversations brought clarity and strength, and helped to refresh engagement across the region.
A model built for what’s next
All these efforts share a common thread: when trusted partners lead locally, customers benefit globally. By putting execution into the hands of partners closest to the customer, Catalyst partners turn our security innovations into accessible, real-world solutions.
Together, Catalyst partners are not just meeting today’s challenges—they’re shaping the future of cybersecurity.
